IC transfer price
The transfer price is the amount agreed for the exchange of goods or services between legally independent companies, but belonging to the same Group. In order to assess the adequacy of the independence of the transfer price, the flow generated by the transaction should be subject to a check process of the functions performed, the mapping of hidden risks and the use of shared resources. This process, to be substantiated, in short showed reflect a benchmark of comparable transactions. Thanks to our transnational presence, we can support our clients in the primary aspects of the verification procedure and the preparation of appropriate documentation to explain the pricing policies adopted by the company for transactions between companies belonging to the same Group.
